Wonder Woman - Adrianne Palicki Unveiled As The New Wonder Woman.
WONDER WOMAN is set to return, with ADRIANNA PALICKI chosen to play the crime-fighting superhero in a forthcoming pilot for NBC.
ADRIANNE PALICKI, the American actress best known for her role on 'Friday Night Lights', is the new 'Wonder Woman', according to the Hollywood Reporter. Palicki will play the superhero in DAVID E.
The story will follow Wonder Woman, aka Diana Prince, as she attempts to balance her hectic life as a vigilante crime fighter, with her successful job as a cooperate executive. Palicki, who played 'Tyra Collete' in the acclaimed television series 'Friday Night Lights', is also set to appear in the forthcoming 'Red Dawn' remake.
The original television series, which ran from 1975 to 1979 starred LYNDA CARTER as the crime fighting super hero.
